Our experienced coaches will work with you every step of the way to ensure you are moving properly to keep you injury free. We also provide a program that is easy to modify depending on your current fitness level.

What are the benefits?

The benefits of our CrossFit classes include but are not limited to increased overall strength and power, improved cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Most importantly a better quality of life outside of the gym.

Group Running

What does a class look like?

A 60min class that includes a specific warmup tailored to the exercises being done that day, a strength component, a conditioning workout, and lastly, a specific recovery protocol for that day’s workout.
